Director of Maintenance

Tom Edson

Tom Edson joined the Gallatin Airport Authority in October 2023 as the Director of Maintenance. Tom was born in Michigan and after high school graduation, joined the Army and traveled around the world serving in various locations such as: Missouri (USA), South Korea, Georgia (USA), Germany, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Afghanistan.

In 2000, Tom began his career in the industry at Gerald R. Ford Airport. After Gerald Ford, Tom upheld the position of Operations and Maintenance Manager at City of Brownsville Airport in Texas and Maintenance Manager at Panama City Airport in Florida.

Tom is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather and their three daughters.
