Allegiant Air Oakland/Bay Area Non-Stop Inauguration

ALLEGIANT AND BOZEMAN YELLOWSTONE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CELEBRATE
FIRST FLIGHT TO THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA WITH
“PACK YOUR BAGS” TRIP GIVEAWAY

Bozeman, Mont. —Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) and the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) are celebrating the first flight to the San Francisco Bay area via Oakland International Airport (OAK) on Friday, April 27. Allegiant and the airport are asking area residents to “Pack Your Bags” and arrive at the airport on Friday for the opportunity to win two roundtrip tickets on the inaugural flight as well as a three-nights hotel stay at one of Allegiant’s 35 hotel partner properties.

Anyone interested in entering the contest must be 21 years of age or older and arrive at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport between 4 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Friday, April 27 with their bags packed ready to board the inaugural flight. The contest will be held at the Information Desk located between Baggage Claim 1 and Baggage Claim 2. Each person will receive one entry into the giveaway however, if participants come to the airport dressed as “tacky tourists” they will receive two entries into the giveaway, doubling their chances to win. The winner will be announced at 5 p.m., and then the winner and guest will immediately check in to board the flight that departs at 6:10 p.m.

The winner of the “Pack Your Bags” trip will receive two roundtrip airline tickets on the inaugural flight and a three-night hotel stay at a San Francisco Bay area hotel. (All other trip expenses, not limited to ground transportation, insurance, meals and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.) The return flight will arrive in Bozeman on Monday, April 30 at 5:30 p.m.

Restrictions: There is a limit of one entry per person, or two entries for each person who arrives at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport dressed as a “tacky tourist.” Participants must be present and 21 years of age or older to win. Airfare is valid for travel April 27, 2012 and April 30, 2012 on Allegiant and between Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and Oakland International Airport (OAK) only. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Air travel voucher is for air travel only and does not include checked bag fees, assigned seats, hotel, car rental or insurance. One hotel room will be provided by Allegiant. All expenses and incidentals not mentioned above, as well as required travel documents, are the responsibility of the winner and winner’s travel guest. Ground transportation is not included. Changing the originating city and destination of the agreement is not permitted. Each ticketed passenger is allowed one carry-on bag plus one personal item, such as a purse, briefcase or laptop computer. The carry-on bag exterior dimensions can measure up to 9" high, 14" wide and 22" long. The exterior dimensions include wheels, handles, pockets and decorations. Use of Likeness: By accepting prize, winner consents to use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the continental U.S., 21 years of age or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of Allegiant Air, their subsidiaries, vendors, media partners and advertising agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
