The entrance fee is $25 for a private, noncommercial vehicle. This fee provides the visitor with a 7-day entrance permit for both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Remember to keep your admission receipt in order to re-enter the parks.
Also available is the America the Beautiful Interagency Annual Pass
The $80 Interagency Annual Pass provides entrance or access to pass holder and accompanying passengers in a single, private non-commercial vehicle at most federal recreation sites across the country. Pass is valid for one year through the MONTH of purchase. The pass is not valid for Expanded Amenity fees such as camping or parking at Mt Rushmore. Purchase your pass at one of Yellowstone's entrance stations.
Destination Yellowstone is a retail store filled with educational books, maps, and guides. It is operated by the Yellowstone Association. The store also features an information desk which includes a web-based LCD map display to orient travelers and provide the latest park information, including information on road closures and wildlife sightings.
Interactive, educational exhibits will be provided by the Yellowstone Park Foundation. They will cover topics of interest to Yellowstone visitors, including a live view of Old Faithful and current information on park geology and wildlife.
The store is open daily from 9am to 5pm seven days a week. Volunteer staff is on-hand to help you plan your trip to Yellowstone National Park.
