Scott Humphrey, A.A.E.
Scott is originally from San Diego, California and began his
aviation career as a part-time ramp agent with Delta Air Lines while attending
college. Scott spent the next 24 years with Delta mainly in the
airline’s Operations Control Center in Atlanta as a Flight Superintendent,
General Manager of Dispatch Standards and Training and Duty Director.
Scott was recruited to join the Virgin America airline start-up team based in
San Francisco, CA. He developed the airline’s Operations Control Center and
led the team through FAA Certification. Scott also spent time in the
Cayman Islands as VP of Airports & Customer Service for Cayman Airways.
Scott has an undergraduate degree in Finance and MBA from
Georgia State University, a Management Certificate in Aviation Safety &
Security from Embry Riddle University, is an Accredited Airport Executive and
holds an FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certificate. Scott is past president of
the Montana Airport Managers Association and currently serves on the Executive
Committee for Yellowstone Country Montana, a state sponsored tourism
organization.
Scott, his wife Marcy and son Zachary spend their free time
in the outdoors camping, hunting, fishing, skiing, traveling and attending
Bobcat football games.
